All conservatories are 'storm rated' and maintenance free with a choice of glass
or polycarbonate roofing systems and guaranteed for 10 years from date of erection.

Technically: Conservatories have
- concrete footings excavated to 450mm minimum depth x 600mm wide
- concrete blockwork below ground level - optional above ground for render finish
- compacted hardcore - 100mm minimum depth with sand blinding screed
- concrete floor - 50mm minimum float or screed finish suitable for tiling or
carpet
- damp proof membrane
- floor insulation - optional 50mm polystyrene sheets
- trench fill - optional for wall base
- damp proof course
- dwarf wall option - double skinned external face brick construction with the
option of cavity wall insulation
